Two ways to cook with rhubarb on the Aga, and chatting about movies and trolls!

A very happy Easter to you all!

This week is all about glorious, seasonal rhubarb!

After I posted a photo to Instagram I received a number of questions regarding yummy recipes and how to make the best of this delicious perennial vegetable.

There was such an abundance of it at Mum’s in Devon, that I thought it was the perfect time to get picking and bring it back to Sussex to share a few recipes with you.

So this week we’re creating a soft, silky rhubarb posset and some incredibly refreshing rhubarb cordial to enjoy for months on end - it’s fabulous with vodka and gin in the hot summer months!

I hope it inspires you to cook with and enjoy this beautiful ingredient, and I’d love to see what you create so be sure to tag me in your photos on Instagram!

As you may well know, Spring to me means new beginnings, creativity and growth, so I’m beyond excited to announce that the all new Ask Charlie website is launching next week!

That’s not all, it’s bringing the Ask Charlie - Busy House, Happy Home podcast with it!

It’s been such a labour of love, and I’ve spent the past couple of months refining the content and ensuring that it brings you all the very best of Ask Charlie, from my YouTube videos and online courses, to the podcast and online store for all your own A.C goodies.
And talking of products, some brand new aprons with the most delicate embroidered strawberries shall be on there waiting for you too.

Thank you for watching and wishing you and your families a very happy Easter.

Love, Charlie x
