Peppermint Adventures! DIY, Piper's Farm, And A Stay At Summerdown

Despite battling a pesky bout of hay fever, I'm thrilled to share what I managed to get up to this week with you. My daughter handbuilt some amazing cross-country fences from old pallets, I absolutely love it when the children demonstrate their resourcefulness and initiative! Her new school has truly boosted her confidence and drive, so I’m incredibly grateful for that - she’s thriving and it’s wonderful to see.

Our week continues with a night inside a charming shepherd’s hut on Summerdown, a peppermint farm. Even with the rain, the experience was truly magical. We had a delightful visit to Durleighmarsh Farm Shop, enjoying a delicious lunch and picking up some treats! This week really reminded me of the joy of spending quality time together with Sigh, even during busy days! Carving out time with your family wherever you can is so important, and I cherish every moment.
