My recent health journey, an important message & a little Christmas shopping

In this week’s vlog, I've shared an intimate and personal account of my recent health journey, discussing the days following a recent mammogram.

Prior to the appointment, I went Christmas shopping. Yes, you heard it right, even in mid-October – you know I like to be prepared! I believe in being organised and planning ahead for the festive season, and I had the opportunity to explore some wonderful brands and unique gift ideas at the Daisy Trust Fair held at The Hurlingham Club. I stocked up on special items for stockings, beautiful thank-you cards, and unique presents from various vendors.

I’ll highlight some fantastic products and brands I discovered during my mini-spree. From luxurious manuka honey, to cosy loungewear and some beautiful home decor items. Talking of Christmas gifts, another brand I particularly love is "Made by Coopers" which offers fabulous body products like body scrubs, oils, and sleep sprays. They have very kindly shared a discount code for those interested in trying their products, which you can find below in my ‘Featured’ section.

In the midst of all the worry following the appointment, I’ve made sure to rest and engage in activities that brought comfort and a sense of normalcy. I've also upped the ante in my self-care routines, making sure we’re all looking after our wellbeing with proper nutrition, plenty of fresh air and more.

More than anything, I want this vlog to spread the message about the significance of mammograms and routine screenings to keep us healthy and protected.

Thank you for being so kind and understanding, especially after my unscheduled rest last week. I so appreciate every one of you.

Love, Charlie x
