How-To Transform Your House into a Home (Hanging Artwork)

This week has been all about making our new house feel like home. We've been busy hanging up artwork and figuring out where everything should go! Nigel, our wonderful friend, came over to give us a hand and it's been a bit of a laugh to say the least! We've been carefully deciding where to put each piece, making sure the rooms look just right.

Theodore, my self-appointed "Creative Director," has been an absolute godsend throughout this process. His eye for detail and knack for composition have really made a difference, especially when it came to creating the perfect gallery wall. He’s been incredibly helpful, offering great advice on how to balance the different pieces and making sure everything is just right. We joked about his title, but honestly, I couldn’t have done it without him! The gallery wall he put together looks amazing, and it’s really brought the room together in a way I hadn’t imagined.

It's amazing how much of a difference it makes having the art up—it really brings the place to life. We've got a mix of family heirlooms and pieces that just mean a lot to us, so it's been fun working out the best spots for them all.

I thought I'd share a bit of the process with you, and hopefully, it might give you some ideas for your own spaces. I can't wait to show you more as we keep making this place our own!
