How To Make My Moreish Key Lime Pie

This week I’m welcoming you back into my kitchen to whip up my absolutely delicious, seriously moreish Key Lime Pie.

A firm favourite in the Gray household, my key lime pie is enjoyed as a decadent dessert with fresh berries or, if you’re Sigh, a dash of cream!

I’ve been making it for many, many years and it always goes down so well. People who’ve not tried my version before always delight at the little surprise chunks of chocolate in the biscuit base, a real treat.

It’s also wonderfully easy to make, with the longest time being spent squeezing the limes. However, as always, I have an Ask Charlie top tip for you to make sure your limes are super squeezable should they be a bit on the hard side.

Come along into my kitchen and try out the recipe for yourselves, do let me know what you think of it!

Love, Charlie x
