How to make delicious handmade chocolate truffles

For this week’s How-to, I am thrilled to have Mike from Noble and Stace Chocolatiers with me in the kitchen.

I’ve been teasing this for a while and I’m so happy to finally share it with you!

Mike has been making chocolate for 8 years now, and they are out of this world. His popping candy milk chocolate is a family favourite, and they make such fantastic gifts. If you’ve not got time to whip up your own, you can shop direct from his online shop which I’ll link below.

Watch along to see how we create a smooth, delicious and incredibly moreish dark chocolate ganache to act as the basis of our handmade truffles and learn a few tricks of the trade along the way!

If you’re after more chocolate deliciousness, Mike teaches workshops from his own studio or at The Artisan Bakehouse which I’ll link below for you. I cannot recommend them more highly, and Mike’s expertise is second to none.

Love, Charlie x
