How to make air-fried granola & fresh rhubarb compote
When we turned off the AGA for the Summer, I must admit I did have a little panic over how I was going to create my homemade granola!
I eat it for breakfast almost every morning of the week, so it’s a staple in this household.
I’ve been making it for years, having given up searching for supermarket granola that wasn’t filled with additives and unnecessary amounts of sugar.
Now that the AGA is in hibernation mode, the air-fryer has stepped up and this air-fried granola is just as good! Scroll down for my recipe.
I love to have mine with Greek yoghurt and fresh rhubarb compote, so I’ve also added my recipe for that below.
