How to cook the perfect Valentine’s Day Chateaubriand Steak

In this week’s How-To, I’m showing you exactly what I’m cooking for my darling husband Sigh this Valentine’s Day.

One of his ultimate meals is a juicy beef steak with skinny fries, fresh green salad with homemade vinaigrette and a béarnaise sauce, so that is what he shall have!

I’ve been singing the praises of our wonderful local butcher recently, and he is utterly fantastic with such knowledge and great produce.
