Today, we're diving into the festive spirit by making my all-time favourite—my deluxe mince pies.
I take huge pride in my mince pies, and every year people cannot seem to get enough of them! They do have a couple of twists — I add orange to the pastry to add a zesty burst of flavour and a little naughtiness in the form of sweet cream cheese!
The best bit? These mince pies freeze well, making them a perfect treat to prepare ahead. They also make fabulous gifts, so if you start whipping up batches now you’ll have enough for everybody to enjoy throughout the season.
