How I Edit My YouTube Videos: Tools, Process & Tips for Beginners (Behind the Scenes)

This week I’m doing something I never thought I’d do as a self-confessed technophobe—sharing how I edit my YouTube videos.

I’ve had loads of requests, so I’m talking through the whole process from filming to uploading. I show you what I use (mainly my iPhone and a DJI Osmo Pocket 2), how I transfer footage, and how I edit in iMovie step-by-step. It’s not fancy, and it’s not high-tech, but it works for me!

I also explain why I prefer editing myself and give a little peek behind the scenes at how I get everything done in time. If you’re thinking of starting your own channel or are just curious, I hope this gives you a helpful look at the process.
