Cherishing Moments: A Week of Uplifting Experiences (Finding Light Amidst Loss)

During this week’s vlog, I invite you to come along with me as I surround myself with wonderfully kind friends whilst enjoying uplifting, positive experiences in the days before my father's funeral.

I received a special invitation from ‘Angel Like Flowers’ to attend a wedding fair at the stunning Farbridge Barns. The Fair and its exhibitors had truly captured the magic and romance of weddings, and seeing so many couples on the brink of their big days was especially heartwarming.

This was followed by an absolute treat from Kirstie at Ebo Beauty, a day retreat at The Vitality Retreat. From the moment I walked into the venue, I felt welcomed and relaxed. The atmosphere was so serene, with soft music playing and the scent of essential oils in the air and as the treatments started, I could feel myself sinking into a state of bliss. After my treatments, I left the studio feeling like a new person. It was so much more than a ‘Spa Day’, and the effects stayed with me long after I walked out the door. It was simply wonderful and exactly what I needed.
