A Week of Riding, Cooking & London Fashion Events! (Spring is Coming!)

This week has been a mix of horses, cooking, and a trip to London for an exciting fashion event.

Coco had a lesson with Josh, who has been brilliant at working on her posture, and Molly joined for the session too. It really has been so wonderful to see them both progress together. The weekend started very fresh and frosty, but the sunshine soon arrived!

Monday was a busy one—I had a lovely lunch with my godmother and managed to squeeze in some baking, making my roasted vegetable quiche (recipe linked below!). I also had a rather wonderful and very exciting interview, which ended up being much longer than expected — I can share more details soon!

Midweek took me to London for a beautiful event with Aspiga, a sustainable fashion brand I absolutely love. Their new collection is stunning, and it was a joy to see the craftsmanship and care behind their designs. I bumped into an old friend, which made the day even more special.

Back at home, spring is definitely in the air, and the puppies are thriving. Lola is gaining confidence leaving them for little breaks, and they’re growing beautifully. I’m also really enjoying my intermittent fasting and Pilates routine—fitting it in each morning makes such a difference!
