A busy half term in sunny Sussex

Join me this week back in sunny Sussex!

From the Amberley Wellness Fair and plenty of quality family time to a new favourite wardrobe discovery, this week I bring you along with me for a wonderful (and slightly chaotic!) half-term.

Last Saturday, I attended the Amberley Wellness Fair, where I had the honour of introducing and interviewing some incredible and super-inspiring guest speakers.

The half term brought a huge amount of much-needed lovely family time, including celebrating my darling Gus's birthday. We also enjoyed a delightful day with my uncle, cousin and her daughter, playing golf, laughing, eating and overall making some wonderful memories.

To further celebrate Gus, I took him and his friends go-karting. They had a blast racing around the track, and refuelled themselves with a picnic featuring one of my legendary chocolate cake creations - needless to say, it was wolfed down in seconds!

Coco and I spent some time riding, and spotting the beginnings of Elderflower blooms - I’ll be whipping up some of my cordial in no time. Coco attended a showjumping competition where they all did incredibly well, and we went to watch Archie and Sigh play cricket in the late afternoon Spring sun.

Lastly, I share with you my new wardrobe discovery, ACAI outdoor adventure wear (affiliate link), which I have a feeling is going to revolutionise my wardrobe! Watch along to see how I get on with my new pair of shower-resistant and breathable trousers (You know how much I love fashion with function!). Plus, as a treat, they’ve kindly given me a code so you can get 10% off sitewide - just pop in ‘ASKCHARLIE’ at checkout.

Despite the inevitable chaos, half-term brought love and joy to our home and I cannot begin to describe how much I’ve loved having us all together again. I hope you’ve all managed okay?!

Love, Charlie x
